Refund policy

We strive to provide high-quality products and services to our customers. In principle, we DO NOT accept returns/changes for reasons other than quality issues. However, we understand that there may be situations where you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds will be made back to your original payment method within14 days of us receiving the returned goods. If a promotional discount was applied to your order, the same discount will be applied when calculating your refund, such that the amount refunded will reflect the actual price you paid for the goods. If a complimentary gift was issued with your purchase, this must also be returned with your goods.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, we recommend taking the following steps:

  1. Verify your bank account to ensure the refund has not been credited.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as there might be a delay before the refund is officially processed.
  3. Reach out to your bank, considering there is often a processing time involved in refund transactions.

Returns

Please note that if you do need to return a product, it must be in new condition and in the same state as when you received it. Additionally, you will be responsible for the cost of the shipping label, unless there are product quality issues.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product? We recommend returning your item and placing a new order. Our inventory changes often, and select sizes and colors may sell out. Thank you for choosing this quick and effective method for your exchange needs.

Eligibility for Return

  1. Returns and exchange services are only available in the United States or for items sent from EU warehouses.
  2. The unwanted item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  3. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns or exchanges, except for quality issues.
  4. Retain proof of postage and provide a tracking number for tracking.
