Orders are processed and fulfilled within 1–2 business days. Delivery times below are estimates after fulfillment (weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days).

For regions where shipping is calculated at checkout, the exact cost is based on the distance from our nearest warehouse to your address and is shown before you complete payment.
General Notes
- Orders may ship from any of our global warehouses depending on stock availability. To ensure prompt and accurate delivery, please provide your full name and a valid contact phone number as required for international parcels.
- Need to change your shipping address? Email service@gootium.com with your order number as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to update it. If it has already shipped, additional shipping charges may apply.
- The customer is responsible for additional charges on rejected packages, except in cases of product quality issues.
- International orders may be subject to local duties, customs, and taxes not included in our prices. The recipient is responsible for these charges. Please check with your local customs office for details.
Packaging
All bags and accessories are shipped in protective poly bags inside sturdy boxes, dispatched via trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT.
